Superior Sealcoating LLC is an owner-operated sealcoating company based in Albany, NY. This site, superiorsealcoatingllc.com, is how most people first reach us.

This policy explains what the site and our phone line collect, what we do with it, and how to have it removed.

What we collect

The site asks for what we need to price your job and get back to you, and nothing more.

Estimate form: your name, phone number, email address and the property address. Also your answers about the job (property type, service, approximate size, timing and what prompted the request), your preferred contact method, and any notes you add.
Calls and texts: when you call or text (518) 313-1145 we see your number. We keep the voicemails and text messages you send us, including any pavement photos.
Email: anything you send to info@superiorsealcoatingllc.com.
Site usage: the Google tags described below record how visitors move through the site.

You do not create an account on this site, upload files through it, or pay through it.

How we use it

We use what you send us for three things: working up your estimate, calling or texting you to schedule, and answering your questions. If you hire us, we keep the details so we can schedule the work and follow up on it.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone outside the company except the service providers named in this policy. They only handle it on our behalf.

Where it goes

Form submissions go into a lead system that stores each request and emails it to the owners. A third party hosts that system for us. The data in it stays ours, and we use it only to handle your request.

Our email provider delivers mail sent to the company. Calls and texts go to the business phone listed on this site.

Cookies and Google tags

This site loads Google Ads and Google Analytics 4 tags. They set cookies in your browser and send Google information about your visit: the pages you view, the device and browser you use, and a rough location based on your network. They also tell Google whether you arrived from one of our ads. We read the reports to see which pages and ads lead to estimate requests. Google's own privacy policy covers what Google does with that data.

You can opt out in three ways:

Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site works without them.
Turn off ad personalization on Google's Ads Settings page at adssettings.google.com.
Install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, which Google publishes for free.

How long we keep it

We keep estimate requests and job records for as long as we need them to run the business and meet tax and record-keeping rules.

Want your contact details out of our lead system and email? Call or email us. We will remove everything we are not required to keep.
